configure Harvest broker with Korean character set

Issue/Introduction
We have installed CENTOS 7.5 (64BIT) as below.
SCM version : V14(64BIT)
ORACLE version : 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0-64bit Production
ORACLE NLS_CHARACTERSET : AL32UTF8
We are AL32UTF8, and we did not find any relevant documentation in Knowledgebase or community.
We tested it on V14.
Korean character set is broken in Oracle Character set AL32UTF8.
Korean name can be seen well in Oracle Character set KO16MSWIN949.

Resolution
To configure Harvest broker with Korean character set there is no code fix required, customer need to follow instructions provided to add a required setting in ODBC INI file and to set LANG,NLS_LANG ,and CHARSET parameters
Instructions for Harvest V14 broker configuration with Korean Character set
1.Install Harvest V14
Set below environment variables
LANG=ko_KR.euckr
NLS_LANG=KOREAN_KOREA.KO16MSWIN949
CHARSET=949
2. You need to have the details of the DSN [Data Source Name] created during earlier hdbsetup setup
3.If you know the DSN details, navigate to ODBC_HOME, locate the file odbc.ini
Under DSN add the below parameter
IANAAppCodePage=36
4. If you do not have the details of DSN or need to do hdbsetup for the first time,
follow the regular steps in the hdbsetup process
Note down the odbc DSN details now while performing the below step of hdbsetup
CO- Configure ODBC DSN
Repeat Step # 3
Note: We are not providing all the steps of hdbsetup assuming you are aware and can also refer to the harvest documentation.
5.Now re-start the Harvest broker
6.Start using Korean characters

HDBSETUP - CO, CR ,EP,LP and LF
