UIM Upgrade to 20.3 fails with "Failed to stop monitors running in the UIM Server instance"

Issue/Introduction

UIM 20.3 upgrade fails during the "Run Upgrade Preparation" phase with error :  "Failed to stop monitors running in the UIM Server instance"

Release : 20.3

Component : INSTALLATION

Cause

This issue is sometimes seen when a core probe is not activated prior to running the upgrade.

Resolution

Activate the distsrv probe before executing the upgrade
