UIM Upgrade fails with "Failed to stop monitors running in the UIM Server instance"

Issue/Introduction

UIM upgrade fails during the "Run Upgrade Preparation" phase with error:  "Failed to stop monitors running in the UIM Server instance"

Error in Spanish installation: "Se ha producido un error al detenter los monitores que se están ejecutando en la instancia de DX Unified Infrastructure Management Serrver"

Cause

• This issue is sometimes seen when a core probe is not activated prior to running the upgrade.

Resolution

• Activate the distsrv probe before executing the upgrade.
