Is there a way to create a banner or notification that would appear for all users when they log into the Modern UX MUX

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

This functionality does not currently exist. If you would like to see such a feature introduced, we'd recommend to create an enhancement request to express your interest.
