Uproc with email notification does not send any email

Issue/Introduction

Uproc with email notification does not send any email when the uproc completed. This issue can happen when the uproc is executed using a Logical Queue which contains a Physical Queue that is remote.

Resolution

The issue will be fixed in Dollar Universe v6.10.91 which will tentatively be release on November 19, 2021.
