You need to know the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for a version of Endpoint Protection (SEP) or Endpoint Security (SES).

Resolution

To lookup the ECCN follow these steps:

1. Visit https://support.broadcom.com/web/goclass/home. This link requires a login to the Broadcom Support Portal.
2. Click on Part Lookup.
3. In the Part# field, enter the SKU associated with your purchased product.
4. Click the Search Classification Request button.
