Whenever an application is downloaded in define perspective, it is observed that sometimes the jobs are not displayed in view until desktop client is restarted.
However, we found a workaround to resize the application (double-click on application name) which will fix the issue for that application download. And, it will continue again when another application is downloaded.
This behavior was observed only in R12.2 and not in R11.3.
