Issue/Introduction

A Remove Software job sent to a Scalability Server is in error with :

Cannot remove staged package. Error: Another operation has been ordered or is in progress of delivery. [SDM228413]

 

Environment

Client Automation - All versions.

 

Cause

One or more machines linked to the Scalabilty Server have a pending SD job for the Software package which should be removed from the Staging Library.

This job is preventing the package to be removed from Scalability Staging Library

 

Resolution

Stop or delete the non-terminated SD jobs for the package on machines linked to Scalability Server.
