Issue/Introduction

User is trying to filter Features on a Release, but when he selects the Release filter Rally displays the "Loading" message but no results. 

Steps to reproduce: (I could not reproduce, but watched the user go through this process when he experienced the issue)

1. Navigate to Capacity Planning page
2. Create a new plan
3. Click "Edit Items" for Portfolio items
4. Select a Release Filter
5. Rally "grays" the screen, displays loading for 5 to 10 minutes but does not return filtered results.

Resolution

The user deleted this preference to fix the issue:

CapacityPlanning_PISelectorModal_Table_Config
