User is getting duplicate bounce back users from DLP Response Rule

Issue/Introduction

You have a response rule configured that will send an email to the user when they violate a Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policy and you are using this response rule in more than one of your DLP Policies.

Cause

When a user triggers an incident for more than one policy using the same email response rule, the user will receive multiple emails.

Resolution

DLP is functioning as designed.
