Clarity PPM On Premise

Issue/Introduction

The JVM values for the application server were increased in the NSA, but in the security.caches, it still shows old JVM value.

  • The conf/properties.xml is showing the correct value
  • The CMN_CONFIG database table shows the correct information.

Why is Java not showing the correct value?

Resolution

  1. After a properties.xml change, the services need to be restarted for the change to be applied.
  2. Restart all services
  3. Once this is done, see if everything is applied correctly
