CA identity governance 14.3 installation with wildfly fails

Issue/Introduction

I am following this document :

All required database permissions are granted. Installation was successful. But when I start the node, it fails. Attached the log fie. 

Resulting in: table or view does not exist

Right below that section of the document describes what is needed if you cannot use DBA.
