Issue/Introduction
The ADA console shows this in Last Monitored Status: "Invalid License"

Release : 11.1
Component : NQSAMC - NETQOS SA MGMT CONSOLE
Cause
This error occurs due to a connectivity issue between the console and the collector in question. Generally due to a firewall.
Resolution
Ensure that all required firewall ports are open between the console and the collector. Be sure to check Windows firewall as well
