Issue/Introduction

After deploying some services in the source product (eg: APM SaaS), how are the alarms getting closed in OI? Are they closed automatically when an event turns to green status?

Resolution

Once an alarm is closed in the source product (eg: APM SaaS) the alarm will be closed automatically in the OI side too.
