Resolution

It was not noticed that you had PPF override.

In the case where you have a PPF override you must first rebuild the *BASE* PPF file (the one we provide with the product!).

This incorporates the updates into the *BASE* PPF file.

Their override PPF file is built from the *BASE* PPF file, so it then needs to be rebuilt *after* the *BASE* PPF file has been rebuilt.
