Cause
The S0D3-13 abend in NSIGHTDC was caused by an unsuccessful start of the CA GSS address.
Resolution
The successful restart of the LPAR's correlating Common Services GSS address space resolved the S0D3-13 abend in the NSIGHTDC module.
