Portfolio Waterline Color Coding No Longer Works in PostgreSQL

Issue/Introduction

Clarity portfolios contain numerous projects above and below the waterline, however when the waterline is moved, the color-coding disappears.

As an example, it should show the color coding:

After the waterline is moved and released, the color-coding is removed.

Resolution

This is reported as DE58454, and is resolved in 15.9.1

Workaround:
Pressing the Save button allows it to reappear but it is not supposed be be removed. It should be fluid and be appearing throughout the movement of the waterline to make uninterrupted analysis as the scenarios and dashboard change in realtime.
