Issue/Introduction
If the URL or port settings change for the ICA console, references to the Risk Fabric website in an Action Plan template will need to be updated. This change cannot be made directly in the template.

The URL provided in an Action Plan template is stored in the ICA console in the following setting: Admin > Settings > General > Website address of Risk Fabric
