Unable to view Automation Policies left pane

Issue/Introduction

When selecting Policies/Automation Polices, we do not see a list of policies. Rather, it shows just one policy, that last one we edited.

We see this:

Instead of:

Environment

ITMS 7.x, 8.x

Resolution

Check if you see this sidebar:

If so, click on it and it should place back the left menu.
