Unable to launch the OneClick Console oneclick.jnlp after enabled SSL on the OneClick web server with a self-signed certificate.

Cause

The Use SSL 2.0 compatible ClientHello format was enabled on Java.

Environment

Release : 10.2

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

1. Launch the Windows Control Panel and click on Java.

2. Select the Advanced TAB, scroll down and uncheck the Use SSL 2.0 compatible ClientHello format checkbox and save the change.

Additional Information


Identification Scenario
   - Web Browser is able to load the OneClick Web Page via HTTPS
   - Java Console when launching throws an exception with a handshake_failure message
