Web Viewer always tries to set the mode and distid in the filter panel even though it's not changed by the user.

- Issue a 'DEF USER' command in 3270.
- Locate the distid of the user having the failure.
- On the first screen you will see a headerAEESSJO O4. These are your modes. if there is a 'y' in a column you have that mode accessex:AEESSJO O
