Users are now getting this error when trying to filter reports in CA View MTC Content Viewer- Web Viewer 14.0

Web Viewer always tries to set the mode and distid in the filter panel even though it's not changed by the user.
- Issue a 'DEF USER' command in 3270.
- Locate the distid of the user having the failure.
- On the first screen you will see a header
AEESSJO O4. These are your modes. if there is a 'y' in a column you have that mode accessex:AEESSJO O
YYNNNNthis user only has ALL and EXPO mode abilities and can switch between them.5. Now, page to your right and you will see the distid mask and distid, for exampleDistid
