User with access right "Project - View All Fields" can see assignments on a project in newUX

Issue/Introduction

Giving a user the access right "Project - View All Fields" (Allows user to view the general properties and custom defined fields for a project.) at the instance level.

In Classic UI, this behaves as expected, the user can only sees project general properties and custom fields.

However switching to Modern UX the user can see all Assignments.

Resolution

This is currently working as designed. This access right does not behave the way in the Modern UX as it does in the Classic UI.
