Issue/Introduction

When doing a temporary shutdown of Top Secret, the following occurs

TSS9078I MODIFY OPTION IGNORED  

After several attempts at this, the MSCA ACID is suspended.

Resolution

The ACID used to reply to the TSS9080A prompt had been deleted. Either recreate this ACID used or use an existing ACID with the CONSOLE attribute to reply to the TSS9080A prompt.
