IP Approvals Sort Order is lost

Issue/Introduction

An issue has been identified where the sorting functionality for approval events in the CA Identity Manager Identity Portal (IP). 

 

Scenario, an approver sorts the pending approvals by date so the oldest appears first in the list.  When the first item is approved the list is updated /read again and the sorting is lost.  The list returns to its unsorted order.

Release : 14.3 CP2

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Cause

 

This is a regression from 14.1 functionality where the sort order was retained.

Resolution

Fix "TF-DE482152-20210115-0001.tgz.gpg" addresses this issue and is available from Technical Support on request.
