Clarity GCP - Non Federates user unable to list all pages under My page Page

Issue/Introduction

In Clarity SaaS, once Federated SSO access is enabled, all Clarity environments are controlled by SSO. However, there may be a case where a customer wants to grant Clarity access to non-federated users (e.g., users not defined in the IdP), to their Clarity environment. Detailed instruction on Saas GCP Authentication can be found in our documentation

After successful login, end-users will land in the defined Clarity landing page and unable to see all the environment. For example customer has Development, Test, Production, Near Production and Near instance is missing

Release : All Supported Clarity Versions hosted in GCP

Cause

In order to show the clarity instance on My Place Page for Non Federated user, Customer Okta Tenant Admin needs to assign the Non Federated user to the Clarity Instance 

Resolution

Request the customer Okta Admin to assign the user to the missing associated Instance via Okta group. You can find more information under section Non-Federated User Creation in Okta
