NFA RibSource service will not start after a fresh installation

Issue/Introduction

After a fresh install, we see that the RibSource service will not start.

In the RIB wrapper log we see an error like this:

Environment

Release : 10.0.4

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

The NFA installation did not lay down the RIB folder properly or changes were made to the files within the RIB folder that is causing it to fail on starting

Resolution

Make a copy of the RIB folder from a fresh 10.0.4 lab. Copy that onto the clients system and then replace the old one with your new copy.

Start the RIBSource service and it should function normally.

You will also need to do a full synchronization from the NetOps Portal to get data into the views from NFA
