Issue/Introduction

We are noticing Warning messages in Dashboard
PAM-CMN-3136: Metrics auto archive failed. Please check Settings, Credential Manager Settings, Auto-Archive.
PAM-CMN-3137: Audit Log auto archive failed. Please check Settings, Credential Manager Settings, Auto-Archive.
Session Recording storage shows it is mounted and available to an NFS share

Environment

Release : 4.0.X / 4.1.X

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

This is caused if the required directory is either not created or there is a problem with the permission for the directories holding the archive.

Resolution

PAM needs on the NFS share these export attributes

(rw,fsid=1,sync,no_root_squash)
