CA EEM not starting

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team,

While starting the EEM dxserver there are errors.

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

DXHOME and CAPKIHOME environmental variable are not set

Resolution

Need to set the following environmental variables:

export DXHOME=/opt/CA/SharedComponents/CADirectory/dxserver

export CAPKIHOME=/opt/CA/SharedComponents/CAPKI

NOTE: These are the default directories. If EEM is installed in a different directory, then you would need to find where the dxserver and CAPKI binaries are installed and set the above environmental variables accordingly.
