Device not showing up in DA or showing up as a Unknown statius

Devices are not showing in DA but showing up when searching.  Status is unknown able to manually poll from the DA and get a response.  Device in Default Domain and in other groups as well.  Is there a quick way to see if a delete and re-add to Spectrum or PC since it does not show up in the DA.

Device in CAPC but not in Data Aggregator DA

The device was not added to the DA discovery profile when added to the Spectrum default domain global collection. 


The device was not in the default domain discovery profile. Removed the device from the default domain in Spectrum and re-added it. Now it is discovered in the DA.
