Issue/Introduction

Need to turn off Telemetry for DevTest.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases,

Resolution

If a client is using a PLA license agreement then Telemetry is required to be enabled.

If you are not under a PLA license agreement telemetry and be disabled.

The process to disable telemetry on a DevTest Server:
1) On the Enterprise Dashboard server machine: Locate DEVTEST_HOME folder 
example:
C:\Program Files\CA\DevTest
2) edit the dradis.properties file using notepad or notepad ++
3) All the way to the bottom of the dradis.properties file there should be 5 entries starting with:
pla.xxxxx
4) You can remove those 5 entries
5) save the file and then restart the Enterprise Dashboard service.

These steps are required on all Enterprise Dashboard machines.  So if you have 2 Dashboards then this needs to be done twice.
