The customer was unsuccessful performing the 'Get Latest Maintenance' process for CA Database Management Solutions for Db2 20.0. The process fails stating that there are no SiteIDs available for the specified product.
CA Database Management Solutions product entry should not be used when obtaining CA Db2 Tools' product media or maintenance for it is not a licensed product, just an 'umbrella' for the licensed CA Db2 Tools.

To successfully perform the 'Get latest maintenance' process you have to go to one of your licensed DB2 Tools (eg. CA Detector, or RC/Migrator, etc) and not CA Database Management Solutions. Find one of your products and expand it to show 20.0 and then right click on that. If it fails with the 'no siteID' msg that means the explicit licensed name for the product as shown under support.broadcom.com does not exactly match the name you are using under CSM. You will then need to run 'Update complete product list' in CSM and then when that completes select the exact name as shown in support online. Performing the action to obtain product media or maintenance for all of the CA Db2 Tools, you only need to perform the process for one of the licensed CA Db2 tools.
