Issue/Introduction

Number of scratch tapes inconsistent - TMSCLEAN SCRATCHLIST totals ‘ Current scratch tapes ‘ does not include those scratch tapes which are already scratch but have a VOLSEQ > 1  

When running TMSEARL report TMEVSNM it does include those volsers with a VOLSEQ > 1
