LUNowFlag does not trigger LiveUpdate when placed in <install dir> on Linux

Issue/Introduction

On Linux, creating LUNowFlag in <install dir> does not trigger LiveUpdate.

Environment

Any supported version of SPE on Linux.

Cause

On Linux, LUNowFlag should be placed in the <install dir>/bin directory.

Resolution

Place the LUNowFlag in <install dir>/bin. If updates still fail to run, contact support.
