Issue/Introduction

After a new install of Web Viewer 11.5, this error is displayed when logging on:

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Cause

32 bit applications were not configured as allowed under IIS

Resolution

Allowing 32 bit applications

1. Open IIS
2. Go to current server – > Application Pools
3. Select the Web Viewer application pool 
4. Click Advanced setting or Application Pool Default
5. Set Enable 32-bit Applications to True
