Cannot find COMMON SERVICES in the support portal

Issue/Introduction

Trying to check for the PTFs for CA Common Services on the CA Portal support site, but there is no listing for COMMON SERVICES on the Product Download page.

 

How can this research be done if COMMON SERVICES is not listed as one of the products I am licensed for?

 

Environment

CA COMMON SERVICES 14.1 & 15.0

Any supported z/OS releases

Unknown at this time.

Resolution

While this is being internally researched, please use the following workaround to obtain CA Common Services installation packages and solutions:

Under Broadcom support portal, please select: 

1. Mainframe Software 
2. Product Information 
3. Search by Common Services
4. Click on Support tab (see below display)
5. Click on Download
   • For Product Download, choose CA Common Services for z/OS MVS 1.0
   • For Solution Download, choose Solution Download tab, choose release.
