Issue/Introduction

CA 7 interfaces with CA 11 by supporting the ARTS command monitor, by permitting automatic RMS step insertion, management of the CA 7 XRST Restart panel and by providing automatic CMT updating when jobs are restarted, forced to complete, or canceled.

Insure the following modifications are made:

1. Add the following statements to the initialization file before the APPLCTN statement for SASSPROG:
   

   APPLCTN,NAME=SASSRMS1,ATTR=PERM
   APPLCTN,NAME=SASSRMS2,ATTR=PERM

2. The following initialization file statement is required to turn on the CA WA Restart Option interface:
   

   RESTART, RMS=YES, PROCRMS=

3. It is recommended to STEPLIB the CA 11 loadlib into the CA 7 STC.
