Issue:

Inactive dropdown values are displaying in Service Point interface.

Environmental Details:

USRD 17.3 RU1

Steps:
=====

# Make any dropdown field values as inactive, ex: Impact, Urgency etc.

# Ex: Made Impact value 5 as inactive in 17.3 RU1 install:

In standard GUI ticket 5 does not display:

Now tested in Service Point:

It displays value 5.

# Same behavior noted for other dropdown fields.

Release : 17.3

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

This is a known defect and is currently under investigation by Engineering team with defect id - DE58249.
Kindly raise a case with support to know the status of Defect.
