Resources not displaying MAX values

Issue/Introduction

We are coming up with a new ESP, currently no resources defined. When trying to add one, like below, it adds it but comes back with no MAX, just shows it's defined.

Cause

NODE and CPU were not defined to ESP.

Resolution

Define NODE and CPU to ESP and resources will be displayed correctly.
