Issue/Introduction

Attempting to start SI on ACF2 environment,  the SI stc gets the following message and shuts down.
Error initializing SSL Context: 'R_datalib (IRRSDL00) error: not RACF authorized to use the requested service (8, 8, 8)'

Resolution

Access to resource class FACILITY resource IRR.DIGTCERT.LISTRING required for the SI(Security Insights) server task to access the Keyring:

The resource IRR.DIGTCERT.LISTRING in the Resource class FACILITY is checked:

 - Access: READ Enables the caller to use the DataGetFirst function to retrieve the contents of a key ring that is
   owned by the user's own userid.

 - Access: UPDATE Enables the caller to use the DataGetFirst function to retrieve the contents of a key ring that is
   owned by another user's userid.
