Job Messenger call fails with Error 'Unable to connect agent', reason: 10049 - The requested address is not valid in its context.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use a direct call to the job messenger within a JOBS, similar to:

:  set &testr# = hi
:  p "&test#"
&uc_jobmd cmd="echo &test#"

The command fails with: 

Error 'Unable to connect agent', reason: 10049 - The requested address is not valid in its context.
Error 'Unable to connect agent', reason: 10049 - The requested address is not valid in its context.

This has, currently, only been seen with older (v11) agents on a v12 system.

Cause

Changes in architecture for IPv4 and IPv6 compatibility

Resolution

Upgrade the Agent to the same version as the Automation Engine, with the recommendation of at least 12.2 for all components.
