Resolution
The Jboss bundled with the AAI software is covered under the GNU public license in the install directory/jboss folder along with the JBossEULA.txt which is the End User Licensing Agreement has the following:
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
RED HAT^® JBOSS^® MIDDLEWARE^TM
The end user license agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the various
software modules that collectively comprise Red Hat JBoss Middleware and
any related updates, source code, appearance, structure and organization,
regardless of the delivery mechanism. The Red Hat JBoss Middleware EULA can
be found here: http://www.redhat.com/licenses/jboss_eula.html
