Can ASM alerts be configured to use different time zones?

Issue/Introduction

We have some monitors that are supporting business units located outside of the United States.  For those monitors, we would like to set the timezone such that the email alerts use the local time zone for the business unit.   Is it possible to have some monitors set to alert using a different time zone value from others under our same master account?  If not, what other options are available that would allow us to have subsets of monitors with different time zone settings?

Cause

By design "Sent Time" will contain the time zone specified in the ASM master account.
