Issue/Introduction

Security support person was doing some cleanup and was doing console commands using the CPF commands and the operator reported CPFC1CMD RETURNED REQ DUMP.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

The 'CPFC1CMD RETURNED REQ DUMP' dump is caused by having two nodes defined in the default list that are actually the same node.
The home node was included in that generic resource so when the home node sent out a request to the generic resource ENF would send
the home node a request which can cause the 'CPFC1CMD RETURNED REQ DUMP'.
To address the problem ensure that the default list does not have any nodes specified twice.

Additional Information

Output from the "ENF XNTRPT" operator command shows the setup of all cpf sysids.
including members of the generic groups.

For example - groupname is the generic group sysid and member1 and member2 members of that group.

groupname:

GROUP TYPE (CONTAINS LOCAL+REMOTE HOST) (S+L)

      MEMBERS:

               member1 (LOCAL HOST) (S+L)

               member2 (ROUTE) (S+L)
