Show reviewer full name in Identity Portal Certifications

Issue/Introduction

When viewing a certification campaign in the CA  Identity Portal the Reviewer name is shown in the format userID (loginID) for example TestAdminAccess(TestAdminAccess) is there a way to make this more user-friendly by including the reviewer's full name?

Cause

Configuration issue.

Resolution

The campaigns that are displayed for certification in the CA Identity Portal (IP) are based on the list of Universes that are defined in the CA Identity Governance connector.  The format of the Reviewer name is dependent upon the mappings in the Universe connector in CA Identity Governance (IG).  If you set the UserName to the Full Name (see example below)

You will see the following output in the portal in the format - full name (userID).
