Issue/Introduction

You notice the following message in the IncidentPersister.log file.

<date> <time> (WARNING) Thread: <number> [com.vontu.i18n.VontuResourceBundleImpl.getString] Could not find resource for key: <name>

Cause

This message indicates that an incident attribute status value created in [System > Incident Data > Attributes] is not mapped for localization. This message is logged when a response rule sets the incident status to a non-localized value.

Resolution

Localization is the automatic translation into another language when you change the system language setting in Enforce.

System > Settings > General > (Configure) > System Default Language

You must install a language pack to see additional language options.

This log message is inconsequential and may be ignored.
