Robot installed is not appearing in IM

Issue/Introduction

Robot was installed from a command line using the silent parameters below

nimsoft-robot-x64.exe  /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART

Problem:
Nimsoft Robot Watcher service is up but is not seen in IM under the Hub.
The controller.log do not show any errors

Environment

Release : 7.80

Component : UIM - ROBOT

Cause

The missing robot.cfg is sometimes caused by Antivirus applications.

Resolution

1. Stop the Nimsoft Robot Watcher service

Manually created the robot.cfg with the appropriate parameters below

   domain = 
   hub = 
   hubip = 
   hubrobotname = 
   hubport = 
</controller>

2. Started the Nimsoft Robot Watcher service
