CAPC : Production graph not available on generate URL

Issue/Introduction

We generate many URLs in CAPC for Production purposes for several Customers. I used to work and now we have the Following ERROR (see URL and Response).

Cause

The user account that generated the URL was removed/deleted. The user is embedded in the token.

Resolution

Use a user account that will be be removed/deleted to generate the URL.
