Where does Broadcom post details during a CloudSOC (CASB) outage?
Users can check the current status of a Broadcom Service by clicking here.
Status will contain detail if there is an outage, degradation, as well as planned, or unplanned maintenance.
CloudSOC portal will also display a banner with a short description when there is an outage.
Users can subscribe to notifications by clicking on the red "Subscribe" button - then selecting the desired product(s)
Note: Subscribing to all product notifications is not recommended.
