In the Installed Software report, there are different versions shown in the Name (Product Name) column and the Version columns.

First, run a Full Software Inventory to see if this resolves the version discrepancy. If the Full Inventory does not resolve the issue then consider capturing the NSE files on a test machine and see what is in the captured in the NSEs. If the discrepancy seen in the Installed Software report is also seen in the data of the NSE files then this is more likely a software vendor issue.
