Unable to export client install package from Endpoint Protection Manager

Issue/Introduction

When I try to export the client install package for windows from the SEPM (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager), nothing happens. I don’t get a prompt or a window to continue with the export.

Cause

This can occur if you import domain settings from a different version of SEPM.  Importing SEPM domain settings is not supported between different versions.

Resolution

Create a new domain and delete the other one.
